Privacy policy

Information about personal data processing under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Data controller

I operate the digital studio WebPark Studio (web-park.cz, webpark.studio). I am not a VAT payer.

2. What data we process

We only process data you provide to us through the contact form or by email, plus the technical data necessary to run the website.

From the contact form: name, email address, optionally phone number, selected service, and the message content.

When you visit the site: IP address (short-term, for form abuse protection), browser information, date and time of access (technically necessary for site operation).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and pre-contractual negotiations — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Communication during our cooperation — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
  • Protection against form abuse (rate-limiting, anti-spam) — legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send you marketing offers without consent.

4. Retention period

  • Contact-form submissions that don't lead to cooperation: up to 12 months from the last contact.
  • Active client data: for the duration of cooperation and then up to 10 years as required by Czech accounting and tax archiving law.
  • IP addresses and technical data: up to 7 days in the server log for security purposes.

5. Recipients of data

We do not sell your data, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed only by the following processors who help us run the service:

  • Hostinger International Ltd. — provider of website hosting as well as the email mailbox and SMTP server used to deliver contact-form messages. Based in the EU (Cyprus/Lithuania), servers in the EU. Transfers outside the EU do not occur, or only under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — information about what data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under Art. 17 GDPR.
  • Right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
  • Right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

To exercise any right, contact us at info@web-park.cz. We will respond without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering the selected language). These cookies do not require consent.

We do not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies. If we ever deploy analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.) in the future, we will request your consent in advance and update this section.
