Project overview
amRelax sells hot tubs and saunas. Their entire operation — from an order through stock and delivery to invoicing and complaints — ran on an older internal application that had outgrown itself. We built the new version from scratch, on the same rules but without the original's limits.
Our solution
The system carries an order from arrival to handover: it tracks stock and serial numbers, plans deliveries, and generates proforma invoices, invoices and credit notes as PDFs, with an export into their accounting software. VAT rates and the links between documents follow rules we rewrote from how the business actually works, not from a generic template.
We migrated the data from the old application, document history included. The system runs in production today and we keep refining it based on what gets in the way of the people using it.
The system is internal and only accessible after signing in — the preview above therefore comes from a test instance with sample data.
